We look after your home while you are away – as your trusted home sitter. We make sure your property remains well cared for and lived-in, your pets receive attentive and loving care, and all agreed tasks are carried out reliably. Our primary service area covers Mainz, Wiesbaden and the surrounding region. If you are located outside this area, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to discuss whether we can provide our services at your location as well.
Our services
House & Property Care
We keep an eye on your home while you are away and take care of all agreed tasks: • Regular checks of your house or apartment • Checking household systems and equipment for any visible issues • Arranging professional assistance in case of emergencies, such as a burst water pipe or heating failure • Emptying your mailbox • Airing rooms • Operating shutters, blinds and other privacy screens • Watering flowers and indoor plants • Putting out and returning waste bins according to the collection schedule
Pet Care
To allow your pets to remain in their familiar surroundings, we take care of them directly in your home. • Feeding and providing fresh water • Cleaning bowls, litter trays and pet areas • Playtime, interaction and personal attention • Care according to your pets’ usual routines and your individual instructions • Regular photos and short updates upon request
We care for cats and small pets, such as hamsters, mice, guinea pigs and birds. We currently do not offer dog sitting services.
Garden & Outdoor Care
We also take care of smaller, regularly required tasks around your home: • Watering your garden and plants • Lawn care • Leaf removal • Snow clearing and gritting during winter • Stairwell cleaning • Other minor tasks upon request
Key & Tradesperson Service
Unable to attend an appointment yourself or simply not at home? We coordinate appointments and provide access to your property when required. • Welcoming tradespeople and providing access to your property • Attending appointments on site • Accepting deliveries • Handing over keys to authorised persons • Coordinating other service providers upon request
Everyday Assistance & Errand Service
Upon request, we take care of smaller tasks and errands for you – while you are away or simply as support in everyday life. • Grocery shopping before your return • Pharmacy visits and prescription collection • General errands • Other individual errands upon request • Grave care and maintenance
Holiday properties & second homes
Properties that are not permanently occupied also require regular attention. • Regular checks of your holiday property or second home • Airing rooms and caring for plants • Preparing the property before your arrival • Coordinating tradespeople and service providers • Assistance with tasks that need to be handled on site • Care of Airbnb properties according to individual arrangements
Security & Access Solutions
Upon request, we can also assist you with selected technology solutions for your home and secure property access. We offer the installation of video door entry systems, security cameras, smart door locks and similar access solutions. Depending on the system, doors can be conveniently opened via smartphone, visitors can be seen through a camera, and access to your property can be managed in a more modern and convenient way.
