How Our Service Works

Get in touch with us by phone, email or through our contact form. We will then arrange a personal meeting at your home or, if preferred, a video call.

During this meeting, we take the time to get to know you, your home and, if applicable, your pets. Together, we discuss your individual requirements and the services you would like us to provide. We also familiarise ourselves with everything that is important for your home and your pets, such as feeding routines, supplies, plants, mail collection and any other tasks you would like us to take care of while you are away.

We will explain how our service works, answer any questions you may have and make sure that our services are the right fit for your needs. We also discuss the schedule and arrange the handover of your keys.

Based on our discussion, we prepare an individual care plan and document all important information and agreed arrangements. You will then receive a clear, transparent and non-binding quotation.

If you decide to proceed with our services, we confirm all agreed services and arrangements in writing. You will then receive your invoice. Payment is due before the start of the agreed service in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Once payment has been received, your booking is confirmed and your requested dates are reserved.

During your absence, we carry out all agreed services with the utmost care and reliability. If you wish, we will keep you updated with important information, photos or short messages, so you can enjoy complete peace of mind while you are away.

When you return, we complete a final handover of your home together and review the agreed services to ensure everything has been carried out to your satisfaction.
