Charged according to time required. These services are charged individually based on the actual time required. We will be happy to discuss the scope of services with you in advance and provide you with a transparent quotation.

Individual Pricing. Prices depend on the type and scope of the installation required. Based on your individual requirements, we will provide you with a tailored quotation.

Cancellation Policy:
There are several options for handing over your keys: you can give them to us during the initial consultation, leave them in a secure location by prior arrangement, or bring them to us shortly before the service begins.
If you would like us to collect or return your keys, we charge €10 per trip.*
Additional Information
Pet Care: The stated prices apply to the care of one pet. For each additional pet, we charge an additional €3 per day.
Weekends & Public Holidays: A surcharge of 25% applies to services provided on weekends and public holidays.

Tax Benefits - Good to know:
Certain household-related services may qualify for tax benefits. In general, 20% of eligible expenses, up to €4,000 per year, may be deducted directly from your German income tax liability. Certain tradesperson services may qualify for an additional tax reduction of up to €1,200 per year.
To qualify, you generally need a proper invoice and proof of cashless payment, such as a bank transfer. Whether individual services are eligible for a tax reduction depends on your personal circumstances and the type of service provided. Please consult your tax advisor or the relevant tax office for individual guidance.
